These Terms govern access to and use of Odiup , a construction project management and procurement platform. By using Odiup , you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and Organizations

• Accounts are administered by your organization. Admins control roles and permissions.
• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• Subcontractor access is limited to projects explicitly granted by an organization.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• No attempts to breach security, probe systems, or access data without authorization.
• No misuse of notifications, automation, or rate limits.

Data and Confidentiality

You retain rights to your content. You grant Odiup a limited license to host and process your data to provide the service. We maintain organizational data separation and strict access controls.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or suspend access for violations.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odiup disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Odiup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using Odiup at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service, users, or third parties.
